Do you love security, assurance, compliance, and auditing? A brand-new role for an experienced Info Security Compliance Assurance to join a small, growing team. If you want to make a real impact by strengthening security, protecting data, and driving compliance across an organisation, this role is for you.

This role will give you the autonomy to bring your experience on-board and be the main POC for assurance and compliance within the organisation, you ll be the go to for audits, assessments and compliance checks. Keeping policies and Cyber Risk Register up to date, ensuring that all sites in scope adhere, find any gaps and work on the solutions. You will also lead on third-party supply chain reviews, prepare the business for certifications, and run engaging training sessions to keep compliance front of mind!

You ll manage penetration testing with external providers, support IT audits, and investigations, and work closely with internal teams to identify and close compliance gaps. Ideally experience in OT Operational technology environments. In addition to reviewing IT, OT and Cloud platforms.

We re looking for someone with solid experience in assurance, compliance, or audit, with strong knowledge of UK data protection including GDPR. Familiarity with frameworks NIST or Cyber Essentials is essential, along with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to influence change across teams.
