They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team.
Responsibilities- Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene while maintaining optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times.
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections) and escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
- Shift pattern details: 7pm-7am.
Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Person Specification Qualifications- Experience is not required as Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training programme. The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents, be an efficient worker, and be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
