Care Assistant - Nights

Avery Healthcare is one of the UK's largest providers of luxury elderly care homes, committed to creating meaningful experiences for residents and employees. They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team.

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while maintaining optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections) and escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
• Shift pattern details: 7pm-7am.

Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
