Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, managing user permissions, and developing educational programs for users. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field, excellent organizational skills, and 5-10 years of relevant experience. A Secret Security Clearance is required, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is desirable.
