Planning Officer
Location: Glebe Street, ST4 1RN
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 5+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £40.00 Per Hour

- Manage and deliver work within set timelines.
- Travel between development sites as needed.
- Handle a varied planning enforcement caseload.
- Work with elected members, developers, agents, council teams, customers, and the public.
- Experience in planning enforcement work.
- Eligibility for chartered membership of the RTPI or a recognized qualification in planning enforcement.
- Experience negotiating with stakeholders.
