This is a great opportunity to step into a pivotal finance role within a fast-growing, values‑led business. As Assistant Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our UK operations, supporting the accuracy, integrity, and insight behind everything we do. You'll be joining a collaborative team that values precision, transparency, and shared success.

Our Finance Team plays a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly and sustainably. We provide the information, controls, and clarity that allow teams across the company to make confident decisions. In this role, you'll help bring that to life through the delivery of accurate, timely financial data and responsive support across the business.

You'll be responsible for the preparation of monthly UK management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and variance analysis. You'll also look after Accounts Payable, bank and multi‑channel revenue reconciliations, credit card and expenses processing, and the investigation and resolution of queries that arise during month‑end. Alongside this, you'll manage the UK Accounts inbox, process weekly supplier payments, resolve creditor queries, and support the Sales team with customer account queries when needed.

This mat leave cover will be a 15 month cover.

• AAT qualified and/or ACCA part qualified
• Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to efficiently work with large and detailed spreadsheets
• Proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to complete and resolve multiple reconciliations independently.
• Must be experienced in a similar role
