Job Summary:
The Requirements Manager will lead the development, management, and governance of project requirements across the full lifecycle. This role ensures that all technical, operational, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements are clearly defined, traceable,validated, and fully integrated into design and delivery. Working closely with engineering, project controls, quality, and client teams, the Requirements Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that the project meets its intended outcomes.
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. Major Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Requirements Management Plan aligned with project governance. Establish processes and tools for capturing, structuring, and managing requirements from inception through delivery. Build and maintain a requirements database, ensuring traceability from high-level programme objectives to detailed design and delivery packages. Coordinate with engineering, operations, safety, environmental, and stakeholder teams to validate technical and functional requirements. Ensure requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented across all design and construction disciplines.
Support verification and validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and operational needs. Identify requirement conflicts, gaps, and dependencies, and work with teams to resolve them early. Integrate requirements with design reviews, change management, and interface management processes. Prepare and deliver progress reports, dashboards, and metrics to project leadership and client representatives. Promote a disciplined, transparent approach to requirements management across the programme.
Education and Experience Requirements:
