Technical Trainer - White Goods
£38,000-£42,000
40 hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 3:45 pm on Friday
Staffordshire (with UK travel once a month)

Are you an experienced White Goods engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Or an established technical trainer with an engineering background looking for a fresh challenge?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of specialist equipment, delivering high-quality training to customers and internal teams.
What you'll do:
Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training on a range of industry-leading products
Develop training materials, guides and assessments
Support engineers and customers in understanding installation, service and maintenance procedures
Keep up to date with product developments to ensure training content remains current
Represent the business during monthly UK-wide visits (travel fully supported with a company van)
What we're looking for:
An engineering background with strong mechanical/electrical understanding
Either an experienced engineer seeking a move into training or an existing technical trainer with relevant product experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A passion for helping others develop their skills
