Academics is currently recruiting for a committed French Teacher to join a supportive, high-performing secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time
, fixed-term position running from Easter (13th April) through to the end of the summer term
, with the view to go permanent in September.

• Teach French across KS3-KS4
• Deliver engaging lessons that build confidence and communication skills
• Plan, mark and assess work in line with school expectations
• Promote positive behaviour and active participation
• Bring the language to life through conversation, culture and interactive learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in French (or equivalent)
• Experience teaching French at secondary level
• Strong classroom management and an engaging teaching style
• Passion for languages and student progress
• Ability to inspire students of all abilities
• Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers

• Competitive daily pay: 150- 230 (depending on experience), paid weekly
