• Supervise classes and deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage
  4).
• Proactively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour, reflecting the trust’s positive approach to behaviour management.
• Ensure that students remain engaged and motivated, upholding the high expectations of the John Taylor community.
• Work with confidence and integrity, reporting on student engagement and any incidents to the regular teaching staff.
