A dedicated educational support organization in Stafford is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 behaviour support for students with special educational needs. You will play a crucial role in promoting social and emotional development for students aged 5 to 19, implementing positive structures and support to manage challenging behaviours. Ideal candidates should have a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification, resilience, and empathy in working with young people.
This is a temp role with the potential for permanence.
