We are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our small friendly school office. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.
Ideal candidate profile- Friendly and approachable, a strong team player and keen to join our well‑estuchtigkeit school family.
- Experience of working in a school office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads, initiative and a flexible “can‑do” approach.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Brom Restaurants and Parent Pay would be advantageous.
