Full-time equivalent: £41,771 £ 45,091
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a School Business Manager to join the senior leadership team at a school in Stoke. We are seeking an exceptional, committed, and highly focused individual who shares our vision, passion for education, and Christian ethos. This strategic role will influence practice, motivate teams, ensure accountability, and contribute to school development and improvement.
About UsSchool are a Church of England Voluntary Aided School, currently maintained, with 280 pupils on roll. We are proud of our children and dedicated staff, and we are looking to further develop our extensive grounds and modern facilities. The business aspect of this position will play a key role in enhancing life chances for our children.
What We Re Looking For- An experienced School Business Manager or operations professional with a proven track record.
- A strategic thinker who can prioritise, prepare action plans, and implement systems for smart working.
- A flexible problem-solver who is professional, approachable, and an articulate communicator.
- Someone who wants to know our children and families and lead from the front.
- A supportive member of the Senior Leadership Team, managing finance, premises, health and safety, and assisting the headteacher with operational strands.
- Oversee the school s business, finance, and operational functions.
- Ensure compliance and accountability across all business areas.
- Contribute to school improvement and development planning.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly via PAYE.
