TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Stafford.
Your responsibilities will include:- Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
- Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day.
- Induction provided to use the software.
- Outside IR 35.
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
- Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
