Job Title: Support Worker Personal Assistant (PA)

Reporting to: Employer

Location: Stafford

Rate of Pay: £12.00

Nature of the job role: Look after a Child with Autism

Main Duties: Take child out and support for activities e.g soft play, farm, play ground, cinema; look after child at home, keep child safe out and about in the community and sometimes at home.

Personal duties: encourage and help with hygiene e.g. washing hands.

No other personal care required.

Domestic duties: Heat food up, prepare light meals e.g. noodles.

Social Duties: Take child out to various activities in the community. Weekends, School Holidays and evenings when required.

Hours of work: 5 hours per week, although hours could vary depending on activity.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience: Applicants who have experience in looking after kids with special needs such as autism, experience in a special school (SEN) settings Applicant needs to be to a car driver with use of own vehicle. Mileage will be paid at £0.45 per mile.
