Staffordshire Legal Services is a large in‑house corporate legal team, consisting of lawyers, trainees and support staff, with a key focus on staff training, retention and progression.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Legal Business Team. We are a well‑established small team providing support to Legal Services through the provision of quality administration.
Main Responsibilities- Producing accurate financial, case and performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Analysing data from the case management system (Iken) and other sources to build tailored management information reports.
- Overseeing and optimising case management and finance systems.
- Delivering staff training on systems and procedures.
- Responding to and resolving case management system issues, liaising with providers as needed.
- Monitoring time recording and generating invoices for fee‑earning work.
- Ensuring compliance with Lexcel standards and supporting annual re‑accreditation.
- Strong analytical and report‑building skills, with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritise your workload with exceptional planning and organising skills.
- Confident presentation skills for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to focus on complex tasks with a strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- Strong team‑working skills, with the willingness and ability to collaborate on complex tasks.
- Full proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Previous experience of using a Case Management System.
