💼 £35,000–£40,000 DOE + Bonus

🕒 Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 | Fri 08:00–15:45

🚗 Extensive UK travel + occasional international travel

At Allett, we build world‑class turf care equipment to create pristine surfaces for sports grounds, stately homes etc. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our TRIBE and help grow our dealer and distributor network.

• Be the go‑to expert on our product range
• Provide technical sales support
• Develop and support dealers and distributors
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations
• Keep on top of industry trends and competitor insight
• Attend industry wide trade shows

• Proven BDM experience in B2B or a related industry
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Confident presenting technical products and solutions
• Ideally Turf industry knowledge – not a deal breaker if you have all the other attributes we’re looking for
• Being flexible, practical and happy to help is all part of the job.
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel
