Automotive Sales & Service Advisor

Bob Jane T-Marts Keperra is expanding, and we’re looking for both a Senior Sales and Service Advisor and a Junior Sales and Service Advisor to join our team.

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to strong sales performance and smooth workshop operations.

• Providing expert advice on tyres, wheels and batteries
• Building trust through clear, honest recommendations
• Managing phone enquiries, quotes and customer bookings
• Preparing invoices and processing payments
• Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop team
• Maintaining strong product knowledge
• Supporting store sales targets and KPIs
• Ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied

We’re seeking an experienced professional who can lead from the front.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in tyre and/or automotive sales
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Confidence managing customer escalations and complex enquiries
• Advanced product knowledge across tyre, wheel and battery services
• A strong track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
