Panel Beater & Paint Sprayer

Overview

Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced Panel Beater/Paint Sprayer to join our brand-new facility based at our Land Rover Dealership in Stafford.

Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, you will work as part of a skilled team responsible for carrying out a wide range of external vehicle body repairs. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models, including prestige vehicles, ensuring a diverse and engaging workload.

• Carry out panel repair or replacement to a high standard
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition
• Complete all job sheets accurately and within required timescales
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on all completed work
• Effectively diagnose faults or identify further repair requirements
• Prepare and paint spray vehicles to a high-quality, manufacturer-approved finish

We are seeking time-served Panel Beaters with experience working to a range of manufacturer standards. You will be proactive in your approach and accustomed to delivering consistently high-quality workmanship.

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including;
Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.

We’re expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don’t stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
