We are recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support a busy team based in Stone, Staffordshire. This role will focus on providing day-to-day administrative support and helping to keep operations running smoothly during a busy period.

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm

Role:

As the Administrator, you will work closely with the wider teams, handling general admin tasks and acting as a key point of contact for internal colleagues.

Duties will include:

• Completing a variety of daily administrative tasks
• Allocating and updating caseloads as required
• Handling incoming calls and emails and updating case files
• Liaising with internal and external departments
• Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
• Supporting with basic compliance checks (e.g. certificates, documentation)
• Assisting with general operational support and planning tasks
• Ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team

Requirements:

To be successful for this position, you will present:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced office environment

This temporary role is ideal for an experienced Administrator who can hit the ground running and provide solid support, without needing to take on the full responsibilities of the permanent position.
