Training substance Analyst UK role at OMICRON electronics

• Organization and coordination of customer training sessions (e.g., managing registrations, booking venues and hotels, supporting trainers)
• Direct liaison with OMICRON trainers internationally
• Coordinate preparationोज of documentation and booking of equipment from CEU
• Communicate with training participants and customers for customized training services
• Support the regional team with training planning and scheduling
• Maintain training data in the CRM customer database (data entry and maintenance)

• Successfully completed commercial education
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
• Assess and service‑oriented work style with commitment and team spirit
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and ERP is an advantage
• Excellent command of English; additional languages considered a plus
