What You’ll Do- Manage daily referrals and intakes in the EMR system
- Gather required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Serve as front desk support: greeting families, answering phones, scheduling appointments
- Communicate professionally with caregivers in English and Spanish
- Coordinate weekly referral reporting with HR and Business Development
- Support administrative tasks, applicant interviews, and clinic operations
- Prior experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Preferred
- Prior experience in a Home Health Therapy administrative role Preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years in a medical or clinical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- EMR experience preferred (Raintree a plus)
- Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

- Hourly Range: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and bilingual proficiency
- Entry-level bilingual candidates typically start at $18.00–$20.00/hour
- Experienced bilingual medical office candidates may earn up to $24.00/hour
- Includes a 90-day performance review with potential compensation evaluation
