As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing access control, monitoring entry points, and assisting with security-related inquiries. You will help to deter potential incidents through your presence and deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any incidents occurring at the front desk.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding site activities and/or concerns.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the location through attentive observation and reporting.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and following emergency procedures specific to the location.

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred as required by state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
