Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues; and promote products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and securing fragile items.
• Monitor product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal items.
• Comply with company policies, ethics, and Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to change and feedback.
• Assist with club pick up orders as needed and stage products according to policy and procedures.
