3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Monday-Friday OR Sunday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $17.28/hr
Lunch: 30-minute paid break

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring secure, accurate, and timely production of customer materials. You will:
- Operate and monitor machines that print financial statements, health insurance cards, loyalty cards, and more.
- Manually insert documents/forms into envelopes, attach tags, and prepare expedited mail packages.
- Run presorting machines to separate damaged mail, request reprints when necessary, and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and prepare sorted mail for postal delivery.
- Perform quality checks to confirm order accuracy and production counts.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet productivity, safety, quality, and security standards.
- Participate in cross-training to learn multiple machines and processes.
- Basic computer skills (data entry, navigation)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and lift 20-50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays when required
High school diploma or equivalent (Great to Have)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment>
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently

Pay Details$17.28 per hour
