• Manual dexterity – quick hand movements to grasp, manipulate, or assemble.
• Flexibility – bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and legs; frequently bends, stoops, and pivots during production tasks.
• Trunk strength – use abdominal and lower‑back muscles to support parts of the body continuously without fatigue.
• Static strength – lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 70 pounds on a rare basis, 21‑50 pounds occasionally, and up to 20 pounds frequently; 2‑person lift required for items over 50 pounds.
• Stamina – work physically over long periods without becoming winded or out of breath; walk or stand regularly during a shift.
• Dynamic strength – exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously.
• Multi‑limb coordination – coordinate two or more limbs while sitting or standing.

Work Environment:
The incumbent may be exposed to dust, varying temperatures, fumes, and loud noise in factory or job‑site settings. The role requires compliance with safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment, and tolerating environmental conditions seguido. Mother's item.

• 4+ years experience as a cabinetmaker or in architectural millwork and fixture installation.
• Proficient with wood‑shop tools including electric tools, staple/nail guns, table saw, belt sander, screw gun, drill, and tape measure.
• Extensive and current knowledge of product and product applications, including modification capabilities.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and crouch for long periods; climb ladders and scaffolding; work in high and cramped areas; work in hot, humid, and cold conditions.
• Analytical problem‑solving ability with minimal supervision.
• Professional Premium demeanor under pressure in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Work alone or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to travel to various projects and locations on short notice; willing to fly or drive to work sites; 100% travel required with overnight stays possible.
• Understanding of AWI standards.
• Pass background check,uedes drug screen, and receive necessary vaccinations for Texas Children’s Hospital job site.

To and from various jobsites 100% of the time; overnight stays may be required.
