• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years in a medical office setting preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required; proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS
• Independently manages daily referrals/intakes in EMR, gathers required information, and maintains accurate records
• Front desk duties including managing lobby, phones, scheduling, and regular caregiver communication
• Coordinates weekly referral reporting with HR/Business Development
• Supports administrative tasks, applicant interviews, and promotes positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and coworkers

  Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday availability as needed
