As a Clinical Coordinator Speech-Language Pathologist at Med Care, you will work onsite at our corporate office while having the opportunity to maintain a small clinical caseload. You will be part of a dedicated, collaborative team that values professional growth and clinical excellence, providing you with the support and resources needed to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the individuals and families you serve.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
- Supervise assistants and maintaining a small caseload may be required
- Licensed to practice as an Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas
- Has at least 3 years of experience as an Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Has training or experience in healthcare administration or at least 1 year of administrative or supervisory experience in a healthcare related field
- Demonstrates organizational, time management and leadership abilities
- Full-Time Schedule Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
