Financial Analyst
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

  • Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and analyze the company's financial performance versus the budget
  • Develop and analyze key operational and accounting data for variance analysis, profit/loss statements, KPI reports, and monthly performance presentations
  • Assist in long-term financial planning and annual budget preparation
  • Support the preparation of leadership and board-level presentations
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Hyperion Planning/Smart View and Oracle a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership confidently
