Vice President Industrial Valve Sales

This is a full-time on-site role in Stafford, TX for a Vice President of Industrial Valve Sales. The role encompasses strategic oversight of sales operations, guiding the sales team, and cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The individual will drive business development efforts, expand the company’s market presence and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the Vice President will play a crucial role in creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales processes to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Demonstrated success in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
• Strong skills in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on performance and results
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial valve products and the flow control industry is required
• Ability to analyze market data, develop strategies, and drive execution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is a plus
