United Water Restoration Group of Missouri City is a fast‑growing restoration company serving the Greater Houston area. We specialize in water, fire, and mold restoration and are committed to delivering a high‑level customer experience during some of the most stressful times in our clients’ lives.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part‑Time Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support daily office operations and represent our company in a weekly networking chapter.
Position OverviewThis role is approximately 20 hours per week and includes both administrative support and marketing/networking responsibilities. A key component of this position is attending and representing our company at a weekly 1.5‑hour marketing meeting
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable building professional relationships.
Administrative Duties
- Answer and return customer calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain client files and job documentation
- Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Follow up with customers for reviews and satisfaction checks
- Support internal communication and job tracking
Marketing & Networking Responsibilities
- Attend weekly 1.5‑hour BNI meeting (required)
- Present weekly updates about our services
- Build relationships with chapter members
- Generate and track referrals
- Coordinate follow‑ups with referral partners
- High school diploma (required)
- 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive, high‑energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, projectors, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- Reliable transportation (required for weekly networking meeting attendance)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
