Senior Accountant – Full‑cycle with Lease Accounting

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our construction industry team. The role involves full‑cycle accounting, lease accounting, and financial analysis within a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial report preparations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Util Infer Microsoft Dynamics to manage and streamline accounting processes.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording and prompt resolution.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including board presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and new business opportunity analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Perform ASC lease accounting and balance‑sheet analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of senior accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency in Great Plains or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Experience handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving,ాష and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• High integrity, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality.
• Advanced Excel skills.
