TTM strives to invest in team members from day one. This position is eligible for a 90-day evaluation with a pay increase if KPIs are met.
Scope- Involved in manual operations in the imaging department: setup, expose, and touch-up. Print external images of circuit boards using laser direct imaging (LDI) processes.
- Set up and operate the LDI imagers.
- Set up and operate HMS developer and perform inspection checks.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance.
- Read and understand the photo print process.
- Monitor product quality and accurately record quality data.
- Read and interpret blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
- Train new employees in machine operations, inspection techniques, and acceptance parameters.
- Cross-train on operations within the area.
- Facilitate and attend meetings, communicate with managers and supervisors, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and report safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns. Use required PPE and participate in safety training per JSA, PPE assessments, MSDS, and safety procedures.

- Basic English and math skills; understands blueprints and procedures; good interpersonal skills.
- Good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and clear speech.
- Ability to stand up to 9 hours per day.
- Ability to perform routine tasks.
- Flexible and able to work in any position within Photo Print as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move carts and drums of chemicals.
- Ability to safely work with chemical, physical, or biological agents.
- Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation varies by location, role, skills, and experience. As required by local law, a reasonable compensation range is provided for roles in New York, California, and Colorado. For California-based roles, ranges are based on specific locations.
