As a Production Associate, you will work in a fun, team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation would play a key role in producing the printed circuit boards. We offer training for those that have never worked on printed circuit boards.

• Set up and operate cut sheet laminators and operate punch tooling press. Print internal image of circuit board cores using artwork and laser direct imaging. Set up and operate automatic and LDI imagers.
• Read and understand the photo print process.
• Understand and follow the critical and month end lists.
• Monitors and maintains quality production and record quality data.
• Is able to read and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
• Cross train on operations within the area.
• Help area meet all safety and production goals.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly PM's.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Facilitates and attends meetings, communicates regularly with managers and supervisors, maintains a clean and safe work environment and communicates to supervisor safety hazards and issues.
• Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.

• Has good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and the ability to speak clearly.
• Ability to perform routine tasks.
• Must be a team player and must work well with others.
• Must adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and is flexible to work overtime when needed.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for entire shift.
