Per Diem.

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, excellent patient care.
• Communicate with patients, nursing colleagues, and other health‑care team members regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medication using bar‑scanning and documentation technologies to ensure safe delivery.
• Document patient assessments, plan of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically at point‑of‑care.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discharging to ensure safe transitions and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey nursing license.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience or active participant in HMH RN Residency Program.
• Telemetry experience preferred; telemetry certification preferred.
• Quick learner who adapts to changing patient needs; strong teamwork, accountability, commitment to ongoing education, and patient focus.

Minimum rate: $43.77 hourly. Payment may vary based on market data, experience, education, location, and other factors. Full‑time and part‑time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package.
