DescriptionPatricio Enterprises seeks an associate human resource generalist to perform professional HR duties and support senior HR management for designated geographic regions and Federal contracts. Responsibilities cover benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes including new hire orientation and benefits management.
- Maintain company organization charts.
- Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, invoice reconciliation, and benefits communication.
- Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from Deltek CostPoint and UKG.
- Administer HR plans and procedures; assist in policy development; maintain the employee handbook and policies manual.
- Participate in affirmative action program compliance; prepare EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reports annually; maintain OFCCP records.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve department efficiency.
- Implement employee recognition programs.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws.
- Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and other seminars.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of human resources experience required.
- HRCI Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) and/or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP).
- At least one year of human resources experience in government contracting.
