Minnesota State Gov - [Dispatcher Coordinator / Telecommunicator] As a 911 Dispatcher at the State of Minnesota, you'll:
Receive and process all incoming 911 and non-emergency telephone calls;
Dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls;
Create and maintain electronic records and logs of activity as required using a computer aided dispatch (CAD) system;
Use various computer systems to monitor calls, etc.
