Position: Fire and Security Engineer (Permanent)

* £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary

* Company van or car provided (personal use allowed)

An established fire and security specialist with over 15 years’ experience, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality installations and compliant solutions across a varied client base. With a well-established installation team of 8 engineers, the company is now investing in the growth of its service and maintenance division.

The business is BAFE accredited and works across a range of environments including education, commercial offices, healthcare, biomedical facilities and care homes. Quality, engineering standards and long-term relationships are at the core of how they operate.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to become the first dedicated service engineer within the business and play a key role in shaping and developing the service division.

Key responsibilities include:

* Service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of fire and security systems

* Carrying out small works where required

* Working on a variety of fire and security systems across multiple site types

* Ensuring all works are completed to high engineering and compliance standards

* Providing a professional, customer-focused service on site

Gent experience is desirable but not essential.

Sites include:

* Schools

* Office buildings

* Hospitals and biomedical facilities

* Care homes
