The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DLPT) is seeking a new Member to join our governance structure and help shape the future of education across our family of academies.

DLPT is a forward‑thinking Multi‑Academy Trust dedicated to delivering exceptional education across our schools. We are united by a shared commitment to:

• Ensuring equity and excellence in education across all our academies

Our Trust is built on strong values, a clear moral purpose, and a belief in the transformative power of education. We operate with integrity, transparency, and a deep sense of responsibility to the communities we serve.

Members play a vital role in the governance of the Trust. As one of the five layers of governance, Members provide independent oversight, ensure the Trust remains true to its objectives, hold Trustees to account, and safeguard the vision and strategic direction of DLPT.

This is a non‑executive role that does not involve day‑to‑day decision‑making. Members meet twice a year, making this a low‑commitment but high‑impact opportunity.

We are seeking someone who:

• Shares our aspirations for children and young people
• Is committed to our charitable objectives and educational mission
• Understands the importance of good governance and accountability
• Can bring independent insight and a strategic perspective

Experience in education, governance, law, finance, or public service is welcome but not essential. What matters most is your alignment with our values and your willingness to support our work.
