£10 - £12.80 per hour plus accrued holiday pay.
Working HoursShifts between 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday. Zero hour contract giving flexibility to work different shifts each week according to nursery needs.

At our St Neots children’s day nursery we follow the Montessori approach in a home‑from‑home environment. Children learn through play and our Ofsted‑rated ‘Good’ nursery offers a variety of activities and learning opportunities every day.

- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
No qualifications are required. Previous experience working in childcare is an advantage but not essential. Candidates must be flexible and able to work shifts between 8am‑6pm. All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references, and verification of your right to work in the UK and any essential qualifications. Sponsorship is not available.
