Position: Store Delivery Driver (Part Time)

Saint Michael, MN, USA – Part time

What you’ll be doing :
  • Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with our customers
  • Picks up parts from vendors, ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintains/checks inventory
  • Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our parts
  • Serves as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
  • Builds long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to
  • Maintains the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done (e.g., correct tire pressure)
  • Other duties as needed

What you’ll need:
  • Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach up to upper shelves (eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary and the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
  • Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately
  • Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
  • Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  • Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
  • Able to be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

This position offers an hourly pay range of $17.00. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates, and you can reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
