Job Details
Westbridge Church in St. Michael, Minnesota, is seeking a Youth Pastor dedicated to creating transformative environments for 6th‑12th‑grade students to deepen their relationship with God and build meaningful connections.
Responsibilities- Oversee programming and events
- Equip leaders
- Support parents
- Foster a collaborative, engaging atmosphere
- Develop youth leaders
- Cast an effective vision
- Implement systems for consistent growth
- Actively engage in outreach efforts to share God’s grace within and beyond the church walls
- Drive, strategic thinking, organizational proficiency, and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with organizational processes
- Experience with tech tools such as Pro Presenter and Planning Center
- Proficiency with social media platforms
- Love and compassion; ability to foster authentic connections and serve others
