We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Operator to join our dynamic team in St. Michael, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. • Operate CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
