Production Lead l Room l 2nd Shift

• Starting hourly rate for this position is: $21.87 per hour
• An additional $2.00 shift differential will be applied while working 2nd shift.
• Pay is based on job-related experience

• Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm

• This position is at the St. Michael facility full time.

• Directs personnel and schedules work on assigned production lines. Delegates tasks to appropriate associates to complete tasks in a timely manner. Assists on the production lines when necessary. Ensures appropriate information is communicated to those within their area of responsibility and communicates appropriate information back to supervisor.
• Conducts and completes training for all new hires.
• Monitors and increases overall line efficiency. Ensures product meets specifications and goals in production, yields, labor, and quality. Completes any necessary paperwork assigned by production supervisor or manager (i.e., downtime monitors, line testing, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Aligns and abides by our JB core values. Models respect for everyone, collaborates with the team, and demonstrates the ability to adapt to change, holds themselves and others accountable to be responsible.
• Attend all required company trainings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Microsoft Office intermediate knowledge

• Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor. Attend, and successfully complete, when applicable, all required safety training.
• Quality Awareness - Comply with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety and Quality Food Programs (SQF).
• Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning
• Requires ability to lift, up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Requires ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks/rest periods)
• Subject to temperatures ranging from 30 degrees to 50 degrees constantly
• Subject to noise levels higher than 85 decibels
• Ability to wear all required PPE
