Join Northway Academy in St. Michael as a Behavior Technician
, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related conditions. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential.

• Consistent Schedule – Full Time, Monday–Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays

(Must meet one of the following):

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in a related mental health field (e.g. psychology, special education, social work, etc.)
• Associate’s degree obtained in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g. DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)
• High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of supervised experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities
• Fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal nation
