Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our growing team!

Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. This community and its residents are amazing, our residents enjoy activities, hanging out in common areas, and are highly competitive! Join our team to help our residents Age Magnificently!

Schedule: Full-Time - Hours vary, every other weekend included

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience

As a Community Life Assistant
, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Duties include:

  • Facilitate group programs (large group and small group) as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Annual reviews with wage increases
