Accountant, Financial Reporting, Cost Accountant

Take your accounting career to the next level in Saint Michael, MN! We are seeking an Accountant to support our growing manufacturing team. This role combines day‑to‑day accounting tasks with manufacturing cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting.

$26.00/hr – $34.00/hr

Wage: $26 – $34/hour, based on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Review financial statements for accuracy
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Enter accounting information into business logs
• Inspect accountant books for accuracy
• Organize and update financial reports
• Analyze, track, and report on manufacturing costs
• Collaborate with production managers to ensure accurate cost allocation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory
• Serve as backup for daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entry preparation

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Epicor or SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
