Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a rural community setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostics, interpret lab results, and administer medications and vaccines.
- Manage chronic conditions through patient education and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems and participate in telehealth and clinical research initiatives.
- Master’s in Nursing, current licensure, and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Clinical skills in pediatrics and internal medicine.
- Experience with procedures and familiarity with coding and healthcare laws are preferred.
