£27.29/hr Permanent

Working in a fantastic Elderly Nursing Care Home for a leading Charity, this role has become available as the client has agreed to have two nurses on each shift on a small nursing unit with a maximum of 30 beds). This is very rare and a great opportunity.

About the Role:

* To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.

* To provide professional leadership and support to the staff.

* To ensure professional support to residents and relatives.

* To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.

* To take particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Care Manager
