• Developing structured tests and test plans that align with system requirements
• Executing test plans and producing accurate, clear test reports
• Using diagnostic tools and applications to identify and record non‑conformances
• Validating fixes provided by the design team ahead of release
• Working with design engineers to support quality and testability in product development

• Using testing tools and frameworks such as Jira X‑Ray and Bamboo
• Writing concise and logical test plans and test cases
• Strong problem solving and fault‑finding abilities
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
• Ideally, experience with Python, PyUnit, CAN protocols, ISTQB/ASTQB certification, or operating excavators (desired but not essential)
