Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional with sector experience and leadership potential, aiming to grow into a team management position. As a Project Sales Manager, you will take ownership of high-value B2B sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to secured order. Your role involves stakeholder management, CRM pipeline tracking, and structured sales execution using performance data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project-based sales opportunities from estimate to Letter of Intent (LOI)
  • Navigate procurement, site access, and technical constraints with confidence
  • Maintain and manage accurate pipeline data in Hub Spot CRM
  • Accelerate deal flow with structured follow-ups and data-driven decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and other industry professionals
  • Advise clients on compliant solutions
  • Deliver proactive, consultative support to encourage repeat business
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Use Hub Spot dashboards to monitor deal stages and identify bottlenecks
  • Bring examples of sales forecasting methods or reports to your interview
  • Contribute to improvements in sales processes and systems
  • Act as the commercial lead for major projects, collaborating cross-functionally
  • Support the sales leadership team in preparing for future growth
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B project sales
  • Strong record in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Hub Spot CRM (or equivalent) proficiency; familiar with sales metrics and forecasting tools
  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • Process-driven with strong CRM and data tracking habits
  • Commercially focused
  • Leadership-ready with the ambition and capability to mentor
  • Confident communicator at all stakeholder levels
  • Proactive, structured, and focused on measurable outcomes
  • Customer-oriented and comfortable with in-person client visits
